Well if you don't follow me on My Fitness Pal then you're missing out on seeing what I eat each day and how much I workout... you're missing out. (My screen name is kscott24)
I am slightly obsessed with it. I may or may not but definitely did add my calories for dinner before I even went to the restaurant. The best and worst thing about this whole dieting this is having to plan out every.single. bite of food that I put in my mouth.
I can't just go somewhere and say oh that double cheeseburger with bacon sounds great! I'll have that. Because then I know I'm going to have to put it in My Fitness Pal and then ya'll will judge me see it. So I didn't get the 2000+ calorie burger. I got 3 tacos (a grilled chicken, a steak, and a ground beef) and a side salad. I did have a couple of chips but not NEARLY the amount I normally eat.. I usually eat an entire basket of chips by myself... if not more. Chips and salsa are my weakness. I was really craving red meat though and I splurged for the steak and ground beef tacos. I worked out really hard this past week and dang it. I just wanted it. I don't have to explain myself to ya'll!
And guess what? I woke up and weighed myself and I lost .6 pounds since yesterday. So suck it scale. I don't believe a word you say anymore. You're obviously hormonal and don't make any sense. So I'm sticking to my measurements. As long as my measurements keep going down then I will be a happy camper!
I also have been chugging water like there is no tomorrow. I love adding a little lemon to it especially... So yummy. I drink out of a Nalgene and I fill it up a lot. What do you drink out of?
So enough about that. Here's some funny things I've found on Pinterest lately.
I haven't eaten much sweets lately and I am craving a brownie... Might happen soon.
This couldn't be more true. I love being a stay-at-home-mom but I can now see why I'm overweight. Having access to my fridge and pantry 24/7 is VERY tempting. At least now a day I have mostly healthy stuff so it's easier to pick good options.

It does suck counting calories. I need to know where we are going and the restaurant needs to have nutritional info on their website. Have you tried the Sassy water recipe. Cucumber slices, ginger and lemon juice in a pitcher or water. let it sit overnight in the fridge. It's not too bad and it helps with bloat.
